It comes from agave hearts cooked slowly, until every gram of their sugar is released, and from a distillation which, along the copper coil, smoothes the edges and releases its scent.

In the glass it remains pure, young, without masks.
On the nose it is freshly cut agave: fresh grass, a whiff of citrus, a mineral trail. The first sip does not compliment pungent, direct, character. Then, when you think you've understood it, it proves you wrong: it opens up in a silky, unexpected softness, which lingers warm on the palate and is in no hurry to leave.

Fresh yet overwhelming. Delicate yet bold. 7 Vidas is the contradiction made tequila. Like certain stories: you already know how it can end and you look for it anyway.
